Cultivation Facility Construction Completed
From concept layouts, to project management, and on-site consulting support, Agrify assists through the entire process.
STEP 4
Construction Loan
The construction loan is paid in 24 monthly installments at 18% interest.

Equipment Lease
Lease payments based on a share of the sale of products harvested from each VFU continue over the 10 year agreement term.
STEP 6
SaaS Fees
SaaS fees for integrated software will be paid at $300 per VFU/month for the duration of the agreement.
