Capable of washing 15,000 or more fresh frozen grams per batch, or 16 dry lbs or more per day, the Commercial System is designed for labs that need to scale output and increase quality.

The primary Bruteless washing vessel includes an integrated stainless steel false bottom that protects your trichomes during the wash process, keeping your bags and ice 3″ above your hash. The integrated baffles in the false bottom create a turbulent-free zone at the bottom of the vessel to protect your trichomes. Both vessels come with a thick 1″ cryogenic insulation sleeve which helps reduce ice usage by up to 50% and is removable for easy cleaning.

The 65 gallon Bruteless wash vessel comes with 5 strategically placed ports and virtually every wash setup related tool you could need, including hoses, water pumps, a sigh glass, a temperature gauge, and much more. - Each Bruteless hash washer offers either 4 or 5 strategically placed separate drain/fill/viewing ports, depending on vessel size (the 30 gallon has 4 ports, whereas the 44 gallon and 65 gallon offer 5) that you can use to skim, fill, drain, attach hoses or a sight glass, and more. This enables you to fully customize your set up however you’d like!
Hash washing vessels and systems, guarantees the following warranty coverage:
- Lifetime end-user support.
- 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for stainless steel barrel, false bottoms, and water pumps.
- 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for insulation jacketing, gaskets, clamps, and fittings.
