General Shipping Policies

Ship Times

We try our best to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days from the date of payment; most if not all in-stock orders go out same day if placed before 11am MST or the next day if placed after 11am MST. We ship orders Monday through Friday.

 

Overnighted & 2 Day Ship Times

Orders placed with overnight delivery or UPS 2-day air will be shipped same business day (Monday through Friday) if placed before 11am MST. Orders placed for overnight delivery or 2 day delivery after 11am on Fridays or over the weekend will ship as soon as possible the following Monday.

 

Stocking

We will notify you immediately if you place an order for an item that is out of stock, as well as what the expected wait time might be.

 

International Orders

When shipping to Canada, Mexico, or virtually any international destination, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks or more depending on location. Please be aware that shipment times internationally can change without warning that are unfortunately out of our control entirely.

PurePressure is not responsible for customs fees on international orders unless explicitly denoted in the order or by a sales representative. Unless noted in writing, customs, duties, and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving party.

All pre-customs forms are filled out fully and discretely for the end customer.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available. We try to put expected ship dates on the product pages.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders are sent via standard USPS mail or a similar UPS ground service, unless noted otherwise. Please notify us prior to placing your order if a different shipping methods are preferred.

 

Shipping Address & Delivery

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided upon placement of your order. You will automatically receive an email receipt once your payment has been processed. If you notice an error please contact us immediately at sales@gopurepressure.com or (720) 446-9565 and we will do our best to make changes prior to shipping. PurePressure is not responsible for products shipped to an incorrect address due to user input error.

 

Pikes Peak V2, Longs Peak, and Other Large Item Shipping

The cost of crating and shipping for equipment purchases is as followed to the lower 48 states:

  • Pikes Peak V2 and Longs
  • Peak: $200 flat fee
  • Pikes Peak V2, Longs Peak, with freeze dryers and hash kits: $400 flat fee
  • Bruteless™ 30 and 44 gallon kits: $100 flat fee
  • Bruteless™ 65 gallon kits: $200 flat fee

International customers may have to pay additional shipping and handling. Please contact us for details.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

Any unused items may be returned for 30 days; with return shipping paid by the Customer. Any items purchased that are broken upon delivery, not working, defective, or incorrect may be returned; with return shipping paid by Lab Society. The majority of our items carry a manufacturer's warranty and are covered against defects for up to one year, depending on the product.Glassware products are shipped with extra care; however, accidents happen. In the case of broken glassware upon delivery, please let us know within 10 days of receiving the product. If glassware is broken post-delivery, during usage, and/or due to poor storage, any standard warranty is void.

Note: All shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.

Return Guidelines
Please send an email to help@labsociety.com with a full description of the problem/defect, along with images or videos for proof if possible.
Once contacted by our staff and assigned a Return Authorization Number (RA#), you will be instructed as to where to send the damaged items.
