The top shelf is 15” deep to allow you plenty of room to successfully trim and manage material. The frame and pan rack is constructed of 1” O.D. 18-gauge stainless tubing for superior strength.

The bottom rack holds a variety of sizes of pans, giving it unmatched flexibility to fit your needs. The cart is extremely mobile with 5” swivel casters with non-marking cushion tread. Two wheels also have brakes to maintain position.
